Abstract:
PURPOSE: To bind an open end of soft fabric without recourse to man power with an apparatus that is constructed in a simple structure.
CONSTITUTION: Glass wool 1, with a vinyl bag 2 put thereon, is held with a robot 34, with an open end 2a of the vinyl bag 2 looking downward, above a suction port 32a connected to the suction side of a blower 32. As the blower 32 is operated under such a condition, the open end 2a of the vinyl bag 2 is attracted and converged. Then, the converged open end 2a of the vinyl bag 2 is bound with an automatic binding machine 31.
