The cutter rollers are rotated in the direction so as to stand against the receiving roller in such a way as to be higher in circumferential speed than the receiving roller, wherein the plurality of cutter rollers with all of the circular blades necessary for chopping are appropriately distributed are functioned in coordination with the single receiving roller.
