Abstract:
PURPOSE:To classify a taper highly accurately by inserting a shaft like product into a taper jig, making fluid flow between tapered faces of an outer periphery and an inner periphery and measuring flow-out pressure of the fluid. CONSTITUTION:A ball stud 32 is inserted from upward into a taper jig 2, and an outer peripheral tapered face 38 of the stud 32 and an inner peripheral tapered face 76 of a taper holding part 5 are engaged with each other. Fluid is jetted from a jet means 13 and made to flow into an inner peripheral groove 8 via a connecting means 11 and an invasion hole 9, and after the fluid passes through the groove 8, it is made to flow into a pressure classifying means 14 via an exhaust hole 10 and a connecting means 12. The means 14 measures the fluid pressure by a sensor and classifies the stud 32 depending on which range of preset reference value the measured value corresponds to. Then the fluid is made to flow from a lower hose 23 into a lower chamber 21, a calyx part 19b of a knockout pin 19 is pressed toward an opening 3, and a rod-like part 19a presses a screw part 37 end of the stud 32, whereby the stud 32 is discharged into a vessel for each class from the jig 2 (which is reversely rotated due to rotation of an arm 15).
