The temperature-recording method collects and records the temperatures of space 30 and is provided with first to sixth steps. A current time T and a current temperature P are acquired at prescribed time intervals in the first step. A time TL and a temperature PL recorded last time in record are acquired in the second step. The length of an elapsed time, the difference between the current time T and the time TL recorded last time, is grasped in the third step. The magnitude of the temperature change, the difference between the current temperature P and the temperature PL recorded last time, is grasped in the fourth step. It is decided whether to record the current temperature P, on the basis of the results of the execution of the third and fourth steps in the fifth step. The current time T and the current temperature P are recorded, when it is decided in the fifth step that the current temperature P is to be recorded in the sixth step.
