Abstract:
Enzymatic material is immobilized on the surface of an exchangeable stirrer, e.g. magnetic or mechanical, or on the surface of another easily removable immovable part installed in the reactor either directly or by means of a cloth fixed in a suitable way on to the stirrer or on to the easily removable object in an amount sufficient to keep the concentration of the determined substance on the surface of the enzymatic layer on a value equal or close to zero, in course of many measurements.
