Abstract:
To provide an apparatus which contains a plurality of articles within a defined space for causing agitation between articles and can increase an agitation amount more than that of conventional apparatuses.
The apparatus for containing a plurality of articles 22 within a defined space and for causing agitation between the articles 22, comprising a drum 12 for receiving the articles 22 and for delimiting the defined space, and drive means 24a, 24b for rotating the drum 12 so as to cause agitation between the articles 22, the drum 12 includes at least two rotatable portions 16a, 16b and the drive means 24a, 24b are capable of rotating the drum 12 in such a manner that relative rotation is produced between adjacent rotatable portions 16a, 16b.
