Abstract:

PURPOSE: To suitably control an operation by suppressing a temperature rise of a heat exchanger of an indoor unit in which an indoor blower is stopped in an air conditioner having a plurality of indoor units.

CONSTITUTION: When a blower of one indoor unit is stopped due to an indoor temperature regulating function, etc., a difference between a temperature detected by a heat exchanger temperature detector 1 and a predetermined value of a predetermined setter 3 is calculated by a first calculator 4, whereas a time change rate of the indoor heat exchanger temperature is calculated by a second calculator 5 according to a present indoor heat exchanger temperature and the previous detected indoor heat exchanger temperature of a memory 2, and its difference and tame change rate are calculated. The both are input to a fuzzy calculator 6, and an operating number of revolutions of a blower is fuzzy calculated according to a predetermined control rule and membership function. An indoor blower is so controlled that a difference between the indoor heat exchanger temperature and the predetermined value is large in a forward direction by this calculation and the larger the time change rate of the indoor heat exchanger temperature is in the forward direction, the smaller its air flow becomes, and a control value Fθ is so obtained that the larger, the change rate is in a reverse direction, the smaller, the air flow rate is or the more, it is intermittent.
