Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accomplish high-speed and accurate position control regardless of difference in frictional force from one object to another or from one mechanical part to another and difference in service conditions.
SOLUTION: A piece of equipment uses a motor as a power source for driving the mechanism thereof. To control the motor in the equipment, a preliminary driving wherein a specified driving parameter is given to the motor to drive the mechanism is carried out. While the preliminary driving is being carried out, the movement of the mechanism is monitored to determine a command value required for starting the mechanism (S11054). Using this command value as the initial value of driving parameter, driving of the motor is controlled by feedback (S11052).
