Abstract:

To provide a method for controlling sheet temperature in a continuous heat-treatment furnace and an apparatus therefor, a computer program and a computer readable recording medium by which the operation change value highly efficient in a sheet temperature adjusting part can be decided by selecting the optimum control gain among a plurality of control gains preset as candidates and the control accuracy of the sheet temperature at the outlet of a treating furnace can be improved.

This method for controlling the sheet temperature comprises: a step in which the charging quantity of the operational quantity of the sheet temperature adjusting part is calculated in each gain setting the calculated sheet temperature at the outlet of the treating furnace; a step in which the variation of the sheet temperature at the outlet of the treating furnace is predictively calculated in each gain from the calculated changing quantity of the operational quantity and a heat-balance model in the treating furnace; and a step in which the optimum changing quantity of the operational quantity among the changing quantity of the operational quantity calculated in each gain based on the temperature difference between the predictively calculated sheet temperature at the outlet of the treating furnace and the target sheet temperature and the changing quantity of the optimum quantity.
