Title:
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CONTROLLING TUNNEL VENTILATION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3904506
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problem that proper operations are hard to perform, because a predicted value of a smoke density or a carbon monoxide concentration is made inaccurate owing to an unmeasurable natural wind and the amount of emission of a contaminant from a vehicle, in the control of tunnel ventilation.
SOLUTION: A tunnel ventilation control apparatus generates a time series of a prediction error by paying attention only to an actual value corresponding to the nearest prediction result, and corrects the prediction results of a prediction computing part in accordance with the time series. The control apparatus computes the autocorrelation of the time series of the prediction error, evaluates the autocorrelation, and determines a gain by which the output of a prediction error computing part is to be multiplied. Thus, since the output of the prediction computing part is corrected by paying attention only to the nearest prediction error, highly accurate prediction can be performed, and a proper operation plan can be selected. Additionally, since the compensation results of the prediction error are not stored in the prediction computing part, variations in detection value and the like do not adversely affect the subsequent prediction results, so that the stable control can be continued and so that responsiveness of compensation can also be enhanced.
