PURPOSE: To mold a corrugated resin tube at higher molding speeds with a high cooling efficiency by a method in which the staying of a cooling liquid in the inside of molding blocks constituting a caterpiller-type connection mold is prevented, and a corrugated tube is formed while preventing the leak of the cooling liquid.
CONSTITUTION: Molding blocks connected in a caterpiller form in larger numbers, having a groove for molding a currugated tube in its cavity 6, are faced each other in pair in such a way as to match their cavities 6 to make up a connection mold 1. A cooling liquid supplyer 8 has holes 7 formed piercingly in the molding blocks 2 and discharge holes 9 through which the cooling liquid is discharged, and both the holes 7 and 9 are orderly connected in a lapped manner as the connection mold 1 is driven. The cooling liquid supplyer 8 is provided in the vicinity of the facing position of paired connection molds, and connected to a sucker 11 to suck up the cooling liquid from the hole 7 of the molding block, by which the connection mold 1 is cooled.
