Abstract:
To provide a cell counting method and apparatus for accurately estimating the number of living cells.
The number of living cells is counted and a cell cycling is analyzed. In the analysis of cell cycling, the ratio of number of cells of G2/M period just before cleavage to the whole cells is obtained and is multiplied by the number of living cells. Consequently, an additional cell number after several hours is estimated in high accuracy.
