Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simply and surely conduct the coil manipulation to a stator by automatically coupling an intermediate lead wire to a terminal member arranged on a stator terminal board from a plurality of coil sections wound on a stator pole. CONSTITUTION: When the predetermined number of turns of a coil wire 50 is wound on a stator pole 32 by a coil takeup shuttle, twisted area of wire is surely held between the coil 50 and takeup shuttle and wire position is determined within the range of a slot 41 located on a terminal member 40 on an stator terminal board 31 to hold the twisted area together with a terminal member 40. Therefore, when the takeup shuttle has started again the operation, twisted area of the wire is held by the external part of the terminal member 40 and is then surely wrapped. Therefore, on the occasion of coupling the intermediate lead wire to the terminal member, it is no longer required to cut the intermediate lead wire.
