CONSTITUTION: Cylindrical medicines are received at random in a medicine receiving vessel 1 having an opening part at one side and a bottom plate 3 inclined toward the opening part 2. A plurality of thrusting-up members P1-P4 provided on the side of the opening part 2 are disposed such that the inclined upper end faces 11 form a staircase rising toward the outside. The thrusting-up members P1-P4 are vertically moved in sequence from the thrusting-up member P1 near the medicine receiving vessel to deliver the medicine A mounted on the upper end face of the adjacent thrusting-up member, convey the medicine obliquely upward and discharge the medicine from the upper end face 11 of the outermost side thrusting-up member P4 onto a discharging chute 30 provided on the side of the member P4.
