Abstract:
To provide a gas suction location detection method and a detection device capable of easily detecting a gas suction location formed on an object to be investigated over a wide range in a short time.SOLUTION: The inspection apparatus of a gas suction location which is one embodiment of the present invention is a detecting device of a gas suction location which detects the gas suction location A formed in the object to be examined P, and includes steam injection equipment 1 which injects a steam towards the object to be examined P, and visible light irradiation equipment 2 which visualizes the steamy flow by irradiating a steam with a visible light. Since this equipment irradiates a visible light by injecting a steam from a position away from the object to be examined P, a large area for the object to be examined P can be examined in a short time. Moreover, even if it is a case in which the object to be examined P is arranged at a place that is not brought close simply, it can perform examination easily.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
