CONSTITUTION: A time series data 110 containing noise is subjected to a processing 120 for setting a predetermined section and taking out a time series data therefrom. It is then subjected to processing A130 for removing the signal components having autocorrelation higher than a predetermined threshold value and processing B140 for producing a time series data which can be regarded independent statistically from the processing A. Global statistic amount is then calculated 150 for the results of processing A, B and noise is removed 160 from the time series data based on the calculation results. Finally, the results are processed 170 to determine a true signal which is delivered as the results of signal detection 180.
