PURPOSE: To send only nondefective products to the next step in a process in which foamed products taken out from a foam-molding machine are selected during transportation to discharge the defective products.

CONSTITUTION: On the way of a transfer line 5 which transfers the foamed products 2 taken out in sequence from a foam-molding machine 1 to the next step, the foamed products 2 are weighed compared of the weight of each product with a given value. When the product can not meet the required weight, it is discharged from the transfer line 5.
