To provide a method and an apparatus for quickly and surely drying an adhesion-proof liquid by preventing the adhesion-proof liquid from being gathered in the U-shaped lower end of a rubber sheet member which is made to meander and hung on rack bars.
By moving a plurality of the rack bars 2 on which the rubber sheet member R is hung to the tip side in the longitudinal direction of the rubber sheet member R along a guide rail 3 above a pushing-up body 5 installed in a drying apparatus 1, a slope S is formed in the lower end of the rubber sheet member by pushing up part in the width direction of the U-shaped lower end of the rubber sheet member R. The adhesion-proof liquid L adhered to the rubber sheet member R is dried while the excess adhesion-proof liquid L on the surface of the rubber sheet member R is made to flow down by the slope S.
