Abstract:
PURPOSE: To save energy by removing moisture from an article by moving air toward the article at high speed, allowing the air to flow along a blower, heating it and performing post-drying later while using the same air. CONSTITUTION: Air changes its direction through a passage 12 and partially flows later through an inlet filter 13 to two inlets 15 of a blower 2 by operating an air guide board 14. The temperature of circulating air is controlled by a thermostat controller and when it reaches a maximum temperature limit setting value, a blower 18 arranged inside an air exhaust hole 16 connected to an upper passage 11 is started. The blower 18 discharges excess heat and humid air from the air exhaust hole 16. Therefore, fresh cold air flows in through a lattice 22 of an air supply hole 17. When the temperature of circulating air is sufficiently lowered, the thermostat controller stops the blower 18 again so that no fresh air can flow in from the air supply hole 17.
