Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to transfer to a post process an extruded molded body of a cement system in a status in which there is caused no difficulty in handling it by drying halfway the extruded molded body without causing any warp and/or crack.
SOLUTION: After a molded body A extruded from an extrusion molding machine is cut to a desired length while receiving the same on a feeding conveyor 3, a molded body A so cut is then moved onto a roller conveyorlike free conveyor 5 (pallet), and the molded body A is dried by allowing the free conveyor 5 to pass through a tunnel type drying oven. The molded body A on the free conveyor 5 is heated uniformly from the top and bottom thereof, and since there is caused no resistance between the free conveyor 5 and the molded body even when it contracts, there is caused no warp and/or crack while the molded body is dried quickly.
