Abstract:
PURPOSE: To extend the channel by controlling a transceiver to send/receive a signal via a stored channel frequency. CONSTITUTION: A mobile transceiver receiving a control channel data packet analyzes an incoming packet so as to discriminate whether or not a point ID field of a received point ID message matches a point ID on a frequency assignment table stored in its own memory 152a. When matching, the transceiver replies a channel form message of a control channel sent from a point controller via the control channel so as to add a new channel item thereby extending its own frequency assignment table.
