To provide a system, an apparatus, and a method, for a plurality of switching arrangements that can be connected in parallel with each other.SOLUTION: A switching system 100B comprises: a first switch switching arrangement 106 connected between two terminals 103, 105; a second switch switching arrangement 116 in which a switch S1 and a switching unit 117B are connected in series and with which the first switch switching arrangement is connected in parallel; and a controller 120 for controlling the first switch switching arrangement and the second switching arrangement to connect or disconnect the two terminals 103, 105. On the basis of the switching unit 117B being turned on, the controller turns on the switch S1 to connect the two terminals 103, 105.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1B
