The system includes an electrifying device 3 that electrifies the resin pieces 2a, 2b supplied with a supplying device 4, a vibration feeder 5 that conveys the electrified resin pieces 2a, 2b, a metering device 6 that measures a conveyance amount of the resin pieces 2a, 2b, a pair of electrodes 7 composed of a high voltage electrode 7a and a grounding electrode 7b that form a separation electrostatic field, a controller 9 that controls whether or not the application of voltage to the electrode 7 with information on the conveyance amount from the metering device 6, a recovering container 10a that recovers the resin piece 2a selected in the separation electromagnetic field, a recovering container 10b that recovers the resin piece 2b, and a recovering container 10c that recovers the resin pieces 2a, 2b that are not selected. This arrangement allows a high purity resin to be selected.
