To efficiently remove rice bran from polished rice grain by dropping polished rice grain freely on an inclined plate, charging the rice grain negatively, moving the charged rice grain forcibly and by own-weight, and receiving the rice grain on an inclined net plate.
Rice grain 2 and rice bran 3 dropped from rollers 1, 1a of a rice polisher are hit to an inclined plate 4 inclined at about 30 degree and having a negative electrode to be guided by the inclined plate 4, moved to the lower position side in the direction as shown as the arrow 5 and then moved to an inclined net plate 6. At the time when the rice grain 2 moved to the inclined net plate 6 is moved in the direction as shown as the arrow 7, the rice grain 3 is passed through the net in the direction as shown as the arrow 8, stuck to a positive electrode 9 to eliminate the negative charge, dropped in the direction as shown as the arrow 10, and then transported to the outside of the system by a conveyer 11. On the other hand, the rice grain 3 flowing down on the inclined net plate 6 in the direction as shown as the arrow 7 is dropped on the inclined plate 4 and then moved to the inclined net plate 6a in the direction as shown as the arrow 12 and moved owing to the self-weight in the direction as shown as the arrow 13.
