CONSTITUTION: This shuttle type embroidery machine is provided with the amount of an embroidery yarn required to the penetration of a needle to a material by a yarn guide and a yarn feed unit, to form a loop and to insert a shuttle into the loop and the amount of an embroidery yarn to form a stitch applied to the embroidery material. The embroidery yarn is kept in a substantially tension-free state while the stitch is formed and the stretching of the stitch is carried out only by the tensile force of a shuttle yarn.
