PURPOSE: To perform the extractive separation of valuables under improved energy balance and relatively low pressure, by employing the advantage of a temp. changing method while utilizing the falling of the vapor pressure of the solvent in a solution in heating extracting gas.
CONSTITUTION: Hop is sent into an extracting tank 20 from a pipe 10 by obtaining the aid of a high pressure pump 100 to be contacted with liquefied carbon dioxide sent thereinto from a pipe 1 and a hop extract being an effective component is extracted. The liquified carbon dioxide having said extract dissolved therein reaches an absorbing type heater 42 from a pipe while is separated from the hop residue by a filter 21 and, after heating, enters a separation tank 30 in an overheated and separated state to be separated into carbon dioxide and the hop extract. Carbon dioxide reaches a gassifying type cooler 52 from a pipe 3 to be sent to the extracting tank 20 through the pipe 1 as cooled liquefied carbon dioxide. The hop extract is collected in a batch from the outtake port 12 provided to the lower part of the separation tank 30.
