Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for formation of hydrogen water which is based on electrolyzing drinkable water containing minerals in an electrolytic bath and diluting generated hydrogen gas with water or a drink to form a hydrogen solution and allows formation under economically good controlled conditions.SOLUTION: In a method and an apparatus for formation of hydrogen water, an electrolytic bath 2 has a rectangular enclosure structure, and internal electrode plates 3 and 4 enclosed in an external cubic enclosure are like a circular lath-shaped, with electrolytic performance taken into consideration. Hydrogen gas produced electrolytically in the internal enclosure is diluted and mixed externally. A supply device for making up water reduced and consumed by the electrolysis is provided so as to always keep constant the water level in the electrolytic bath 2. The generated electrolytic hydrogen gas is mixed and diluted with drinking water in an external container.
