The protrusions 11-17 are made to meander by pressing a meandering shape revolving grooves 21-27 of a rotator 20 against the protrusions 11-17. The revolving grooves 21-27 are revolving an outer peripheral surface of the rotator 20 and extend complexly meandering. Therefore, the protrusions 11-17 meander in nonparallel mutually and complexly, and enables manufacturing of the tiles having the appearance abundant in designability of a natural stone touch.
