Abstract:
To improve the productivity of U-shaped steel for reinforcing steel floor panels which compose a road surface of a bridge.
NC processing of a bolt hole and a notch is carried out at the end part of a steel strip material, and three steel plates are obtained by NC cutting the steel strip material in the longitudinal direction, the steel plates are put in a U-shaped steel forming apparatus to form U shapes by a plurality of forming roll devices, and at the last, the side wall part 6a of the U-shaped steel 6 is extended and corrected from inward with a correction roll 39.
