PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a generation method for biochemical analytical data in which chemiluminescence is generated by bringing a marker substance into contact with a chemiluminescent substrate and in which the biochemical analytical data of superior quantitativeness can be generated.
SOLUTION: The chemiluminescence which is emitted from an adsorptive region is photoelectrically detected by using a solid-state area sensor over a second exposure time longer than a first exposure time, a digital signal is stored in a memory, an intensity of the digital signal stored in the memory is compared with a saturation value in each adsorptive region, and the digital signal whose intensity is less than the saturation value is detected as data on the adsorptive region so as to be stored in the memory. The chemiluminescence is photoelectrically detected over the first exposure time so as to be stored in the memory, the chemiluminescence emitted from the adsorptive region from among the digital signal in the adsorptive region is photoelectrically detected over the second exposure time, and the signal intensity of the digital signal corresponding to the adsorptive region in which the signal intensity of the generated digital signal is the sturation value or more is used as the data on the adsorptive region.
