Abstract:
To provide a method and a device capable of handling upper-surface opening type boxes of different size, without relying on human labor.SOLUTION: A grip head 30 attached to a tip end of a robot arm 21 is moved to a position immediately above stacked upper surface opening type boxes 10. A pair of right and left expansion/contraction pads 35 provided at a lower part of the grip head 30 is pressed against a mouth portion inner surface of the box 10 to fix the box. A pair of right and left hangers 40 mounted on the grip head 30 is swung down and is engaged with a lower surface of a flange 11 of a mouth peripheral surface of the box to grip the box, and the box is moved by the robot arm 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
