PURPOSE: To efficiently mix in a short period of time from the outside of a vessel by bringing the outside of a film type vessel containing a solvent and a solute into a separable contact with a vibrator changing electrical energy in mechanical energy.
CONSTITUTION: A liquid 11 as a solvent and a material 12 of a liquid or a powder as the solute are contained in a film type vessel 10 which is made of polyethylene, etc., transmissible of supersonic waves. The vibrator 13 for agitation of liquid is closely brought into separable contact with the outer bottom or side surface of the vessel 10. When a high frequency electric current 14 is supplied to the vessel 10 to vibrate the vibrator 13 with a high frequency such as about 1.4 MHz, the ultrasonic wave energy, namely the mechanical vibration energy is transmitted to the liquid 11 which is vibrated and mixed with the material 12.
