PURPOSE: To permit the improvement of a wide range of soft ground by providing a stirred mixer to be set on a treatment ship in a freely movable manner in the lengthwise and widthwise directions of the ship for a soft ground improving means for sludge, etc., using a float type treatment ship.
CONSTITUTION: A turning base C is provided on a float type treatment ship A in which plural (3 for example) floats 1 are fixed to the lower part of a circular guide ring 2. The turning base C, consisting of a framework formed by integrally combining paired guide rails by plural coupling frames 4, is provided such that it can move about through plural wheels 2' around a shaft 3'. The extended ends of both guide rails 3 are connected with each other by a coupling frame 5 and the lower part of the coupling frame 5 is fitted with a pontoon vertically movable by a cylinder 25. And, paired rails 9 are fixed to the moving base 7 placed in a freely movable manner on each rail 3, and a stirred mixer B in which paired stirring shafts 12 are attached to a vertically movable body 11 is installed on the rails 9.
