Title:
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR INCINERATING CHLORINE-CONTAINING REFUSE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2769964
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent the secondary formation of hydrogen chloride due to the decomposition of a chloride in the process of incinerating chlorine containing refuse in a fluidized bed furnace, effectively utilize a pulverized dechlorinating agent and control temperatures in a fluidized bed within an optimal set range.
CONSTITUTION: In a partial combustion fluidized bed furnace, charged chlorine- containing refuse is gasified in a reducing atmosphere and occurring hydrogen chloride reacts with a dechlorinating agent to form a chloride. A gas outlet of the partial combustion fluidized bed furnace 70 is connected by means of a dust collector 60 to a gas inlet 76 of a secondary combustion furnace 74 in which gas generated in the partial combustion fluidized bed furnace 70 is made to burn in an oxidizing atmosphere. The bottom part of the dust collector 60 and the partial combustion fluidized bed furnace 70 are connected to each other by means of a recovered dust circulating line 78.
