Abstract:
PURPOSE: To inspect various characteristics such as the electrical characteristics such as the connection state or the like of a stator coil, the magnetic characteristics such as the rotary direction or the like of the coil, the mechanical characteristics such as the number of poles or the positional relation between the coil and a core and the like by measuring the distribution of magnetic flux densities in the respective radius directions inside the stator coil.
CONSTITUTION: A magnetic detector 2 is inserted in the inner space part of the core 1 set to a stator coil to which a current is supplied to be positioned by a bearing fixing jig 5 and a drive motor 4 is controlled by the signal from a driving control unit 9 to allow the magnetic detector 2 to make one revolution. In an analyser 7, the change of magnetic flux densities is set to a vertical axis and the angle of rotation due to an angle-of-rotation signal is set to a horizontal axis to perform analysis to obtain the distribution characteristic of magnetic flux densities.
