Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a method and apparatus for an integrated sheet of a resin molded item without the necessity of requiring a welding process by providing a pressure part for inserting in turn one peripheral part of a sheet in the sheet insertion groove of a flexible resin molded item extruded from an extrusion molding machine and a compression part for compressing the same groove of the resin molded item having a sheet inserted therein.
CONSTITUTION: The resin molded item 1 is forwarded leftward while being in engagement with the surface of a roller 12 and is warped up inward of a sheet insertion groove la, so that the groove 1a is opened wider and one end of the sheet 3 supplied from a sheet supplying device 4 is inserted therein. Further. the other end of the sheet 3 is inserted into a guide part, and while the sheet 3 is guided to the guide part and forwarded to a compression machine 5 together with a molded Item 1 in a condition of one end part inserted In the groove la. Herein, as the molded item 1 inserted in the groove 1a in its one end of the sheet passes through a compression hole 15 provided between a pair of rollers 14 among four pairs of compression rollers 14, the groove 1a is slightly compressed and closed, and further as it passes through the compression hole 15 provided between the rollers 14, the groove 1a is further compressed and closed.
