Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carefully judge whether hot-melt adhered to a work is good or not from stable detection outputs corresponding to a change in a line speed for improving quality control.
SOLUTION: Time when a work carried on a production line passes through a light receiving element 1 is measured, the measured time is compressed or extended to preset reference time thereby forming a light reception level pattern at the reference time, and the light reception level pattern is made to be a detection signal to be judged. In addition, based on the detection signal, when a total amount of received light energy in predetermined hot-melt detection time is at a ratio within a predetermined range with respect to a preset received light energy amount, the work is judged to be good. Further a display means 5 for displaying judgment items and their judgment results is provided.
