Abstract:
PURPOSE: To laminate thin ceramic green sheets with high accuracy.
CONSTITUTION: Ceramic green sheets (a) punched in a definite shape along with carrier films are stacked in such a state that the carrier films are turned upwardly to be received in a magazine 11 and the ceramic green sheets (a) fitted with the carrier films are placed on a positioning stand 30 to be set at a prescribed position. The ceramic green sheets (a) fitted with the carrier films are placed on a laminating stage 40 having the positioning pin 47 corresponding to the positioning pin 31 of the positioning stand 30. The laminating stage 40 is moved toward a press machine 60 and the stacked ceramic green sheets (a) fitted with the carrier films are pressed on the laminating stage 40 to be temporarily bonded under pressure. Thereafter, the carrier films on the pressed ceramic green sheets are peeled by a peeling roller 50. Hereinafter, this process is repeated by a prescribed number of times to laminate a prescribed number of the ceramic green sheets.
