Abstract:

The seamless tubes are made of solid blocks by rolling. Hot blocks are pierced and stretched on rolling. The rolling plant has high yield of pipes with specified wall thickness and maximum pipe length. Directly in front of the final rolling machine is placed a multistage continuous longitudinal rolling train. The hot blocks are passed through inclined rolls directly after piercing. Continuous longitudinal rolling takes place directly after rolling plant with inclined rolls.
