This apparatus is provided with a vacuum chamber 7 for reducing the pressure with an evacuating means 9, a melting part 2 arranged in the vacuum chamber 7, and a high energy heat source for melting an alloy material aggregate 1 composed of the alloy material 11 having ≥2 kinds set in the melting part 2. Further, this apparatus is provided with an alloy material supplying means 5 fed into the melting part 2 in order by a prescribed quantity of plural alloy material aggregates 1 beforehand carried into the vacuum chamber 7 and an alloy taking-out means 6 for taking out the alloy formed in order in the melting part 2 in the vacuum chamber 7 under vacuum state from the melting part 2.
