Abstract:
To remove the residue of a brittle material while preventing the formation efficiency of a structure from being reduced due to influence on aerosol by the flow of gas.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a composite comprises the structure formation step of ejecting aerosol obtained by dispersing fine particles formed of a brittle material in gas toward the surface of a base material from a first nozzle while relatively moving the first nozzle to the base material in the surface direction of the base material to form a structure on the surface of the base material. The process of relatively moving the first nozzle in the structure formation step includes the removal step of ejecting gas from a second nozzle toward a position on the front side in the direction of relatively moving the first nozzle to a position extended in the ejection direction of the first nozzle on the surface of the base material to remove the residue of the brittle material without contributing to the formation of the structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
