Abstract:

To efficiently manufacture an electrode for an electrochemical element having superior characteristics.

A method includes the steps of: sequentially conveying a perforated current collector 1 along the prescribed conveying path; applying slurry 2 supplied from a coating part 3 installed in the conveying path to one surface of the perforated current collector 1; and making circle a liquid repellent member 27 so that at least a part sequentially comes in contact with the other surface of the perforated current collector coated with the slurry and moves together with the perforated current collector 1.
