Abstract:
PURPOSE: To eliminate the peeling between layers at an inorganic plate by forming a front surface layer which is sucked and dehydrated from the lower side of a base material at a slurry for the front surface layer supplied to the base material.
CONSTITUTION: A sheet-making belt 5 is advanced in one direction by a driver, and slurry for a base material is fed from a charging unit 15 on the belt 5 to be supplied. The slurry is converted into a sheet while being dehydrated by a dehydrator 14 to form a sheet base material 3 on the belt 5. The material 3 is conveyed to the lower side of a supply unit 7 by the advancing of the belt 5, the slurry is fed to the material 3 from the unit 7 to be supplied. Thereafter, the slurry is dehydrated by a sucking and dehydrating unit 6 from the lower side of the material 3 to form a front surface layer 4 on the material 3. The material such as fiber included in the slurry for the front surface layer can be impregnated to the surface of the material 3 by the suction of the unit 6, thereby enhancing the compatibility at the boundary between the material 3 and the layer 4.
