Plural ribs are formed roughly in parallel to a metal plate (3), next, slits are formed between the ribs for forming meshes (4), next, between ribs are extended roughly in parallel, the slits are opened to form the meshes (5), thus, a net flask for concrete placing is manufactured without using roller forming to be an element for cost up.
