In the method for manufacturing a pipe 8 with a continuous casting using a core, this method supports the core 14 against a pipe drawing-out action force from the outlet side of the pipe. The supporting action for supporting the core from the outlet side of the pipe, is released by interrupting the drawing-out of the pipe, and the pipe is cut off at a position apart from the core side to the supporting side with this releasing. In an apparatus for producing the pipe with the continuous casting arranging a mold having the core, this apparatus is provided with a core supporting means 15 supported with a core supporting part 22 from the outlet side of the pipe by abutting on the core side and changeable into the core supporting state supported with this supporting part and the support-releasing state apart from the core side to the supporting part. The core supporting part in the core supporting means, is constituted so as to be able to displace at least the side abutted on the core side to a position at out of the shifting course of the produced pipe under state of releasing the core supporting.
