PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for manufacturing a precast member and the precast member which facilitates the placing operation of concrete.
SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing a precast member to be formed in a U-shaped section by bendably connecting a pair of side panels by reinforcing materials 13 to both sides of a bottom panel and bending them, comprises the steps of laying a pair of the materials 13 in parallel in a concrete placing form 20, and disposing an angle form 21 at the upper parts of the materials 13 to partition the form 20 into three to set the center to a bottom panel form 22 and the both sides to a pair of side panel forms 23. The method further comprises the steps of providing oblique surfaces 24 upward from the form 21 side toward the other end side at the bottoms of the forms 23, mounting the one ends 14b of shearing reinforcing bars 14 on the upper surface of the form plate 20c of the other end side of the form 23, disposing it in the form 23, and placing concrete in the form 20.
