Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prepare high-quality chocolate candy at home by managing the heating and cooling of coating at a prescribed temperature in a prescribed cycle by rotating a bowl in which the lump of non-prepared coating is put. CONSTITUTION: A bowl 2 for storing coating is freely attachably and detachably fitted into a casing, and a heating means 26 for melting the coating is arranged closer to the bowl 2 in operable state. Besides, a cooling means 27 for cooling the coating is arranged closer to the bowl 2 in operable state and, at a control means 38, the heating and cooling operation of coating is controlled by connecting it to the means 26 and 27. Further, a driving means for rotating the bowl 2 while being connected to the bowl 2 is provided with a bearing means 6 equipped with a recessed part 13 in prescribed form and an electric motor 8 connected to the means 6, and the bowl 2 is rotated by starting the driving means while freely attachably and detachably fitting a rod 7, which is projected on the bottom of the bowl 2, to the recessed part 13.
