Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably prevent breakage of a molding roller while preventing slipping between the molding roller and a cone surface.SOLUTION: A ratio of a maximum diameter φA2 to a minimum diameter φA1 (φA2/φA1) of a cone surface 2 is so made as to be coincident with a ratio of a roller diameter φB2 of a portion S contacting a maximum diameter position Q of the cone surface 2 of a molding roller 11 to a roller diameter φB1 of a portion R contacting a minimum diameter position P of the cone surface 2 of the molding roller 11 (φB2/φB1), and the molding roller 11 is inclined with respect to a shaft center X of a blank 5 so that a shaft center Y of the molding roller 11 is so made as to be obliquely downward toward a radial direction inner side of the blank 5 from a radial direction outer side thereof, thereby molding the cone surface 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
