Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a roll printed article with no warpage by a method and an apparatus wherein letters and picture patterns are respectively simultaneously printed on the surface and back face of a roll sheet and holes for positioning the letters and the picture patterns are simultaneously made and the roll sheet is cut into roll sheets for the surface and the back face and they are sticked together by fitting them by holes for positioning.
SOLUTION: Letters and picture patterns 2 and 3 for the surface and the back face are respectively simultaneously and continuously printed on the surface and the back face of a roll sheet by a printing means 12. Then, pilot holes 4 and 5 on the surface and the back face are simultaneously and continuously made on the roll sheet 1 by means of a perforator 13. Then, both sides of the roll sheet 1 are cut into a specified width by means of a wire 141 by actuating a cutting means 14. Then, the apex part of the roll sheet 1 for the surface is joined with the apex part of the roll sheet 1 for the back sheet and they are passed through between a pressure contacting mechanism 32 to fit the pilot holes 4 and 5 of the surface and the back face. Then, an adhesive is poured into between the roll sheet 1 for the surface and the roll sheet 1 for the back face to pressure-contact both roll sheets 1 and 1.
