Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate and sort a molded product and burr within a machine without allowing a simultaneously filled molded product fitted with burr to fall to feed out them to the outside in the manufacture of a simultaneously filled molded product.
SOLUTION: After the container molded in such a state that a prison 23 is grasped in the mold 29 of a simultaneous filling hollow molding machine is packed with a filler, the filled molded product fitted with burr is supported from below to open the mold 29 and held by a molded product holding device 31 to cut off burr and a moving chuter 33 is moved before and behind to sort a molded product A and burr B and both of them are fed by belt conveyors 34, 35.
